How we work together

Parallax Marketing Co. ("Parallax," "we," "us") provides website design, Google Ads management, call and form tracking, local SEO, and reporting for small, local service businesses. These terms explain how pricing, billing, refunds, and cancellation work when you hire us ("client," "you").

We keep things simple and we'd rather talk it through than hide it in fine print. If anything here is unclear, reach out before you sign on and we'll walk you through it.

Pricing

Every business is different, so our pricing is too. Your price depends on your needs, the scope of the work, your advertising budget, and the size of your business. We'll give you a clear quote before any work begins, and nothing is billed that you haven't agreed to.

Setup and changes

We go over everything together before launch, including your goals, your offers, your service area, and what the finished work will look like. Once it's built, you're welcome to ask for changes. We want you to be happy with the final result, and we'll work with you to get there.

Billing and payment

We bill by invoice, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on your agreement, you may be billed for a one-time project (such as a website or campaign setup), for ongoing monthly management, or both.

• One-time projects are invoiced as agreed in your quote.
• Monthly management renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Payment is due by the date shown on your invoice. If a payment fails, we'll reach out so we can sort it out together.

Refund policy

Because our work is custom and time-based, we do not offer refunds once services have been delivered. That includes completed setup, website work, campaign builds, and management performed during a billing period.

If you've paid for something and we haven't started on it yet, let us know and we'll make it right. If you ever feel something wasn't delivered the way we agreed, tell us. We'd much rather fix it than have you stay unhappy.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or about our work, please contact us first. Most issues are simple misunderstandings and we can usually resolve them directly and quickly.

If a payment is disputed with a card issuer or bank, we may provide records of the agreement, invoices, and the services delivered in response.

Cancellation

You can cancel ongoing services at any time. When you cancel, your subscription stops at the end of your current billing cycle and you won't be billed again. Because that cycle is already paid for, we don't prorate or refund the remainder. Work continues through the end of that cycle.

To cancel, send us a message and we'll confirm it. If you have your own ad accounts, they remain yours, and we'll help make sure you keep full access to them.

Results

We build everything with the goal of bringing you more calls and quote requests, and we track the numbers so you can see what's working. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, competition, season, and budget, so we can't guarantee specific outcomes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Your agreed quote and any written agreement with us apply alongside these terms.
